Aim - to reveal the physiological-biochemical and structural-functional alterations in human, animals, plants and microorganisms under environmental factors. Methods - labouratory and field experiments, chromatography, microscopy, spectroscopy, physiological-biochemical assays. Under hypertonic lyses of erythrocytes the antigemolytic activity of amphypathes depends on their concentration, temperature, treatment by hypertonic solution and presence of modificators of membrane proteins. The correlation of collagen concentration with decreasing of mechanic stress, inducing collagen synthesis in rat organs, increasing of rate across linking during ontogenesis have been revealed. That is the compensation effect caused by age decreasing of collagen synthesis. The activation of phytochrome of isogenic lines of wheat on Vrn genes during vernalisation result to alteration of processes of growth and vernalisation, content of carbohydrates and certain phytonormones and also development of plants. The exogenic phytonormones alter the characters of vernalization processes. It have been compiled the list of the micromycetes and defined their species structure in the forest litter and soil of pine forest of Zadesniansky forestry, Novgorod-Siversky region, Chernigov's district. The high temperature effect on ovules and grains of silkworm caused the alteration of development character, that probably connecting with activation of certain genes.
