The work purpose - putting into production a technology of intricately shaped new configurations of chamotte and mullitecorundum products and the manufacture of trial lots. The research methods are chemical and thermomechanical. Laboratorial research on the refinement of technological parameters of the vibratory casting of intricately shaped castable blocks with a weight more thah 50 kg were carried. Optimum composition of castable mix ensuring high strength of products (more than 80 MPa) and open porosity up go 22% at a content of AL2O3 and CaO conformably not lesser than 46 and 5% was determined. Technological parameters of a thermoplastic casting under a pressure of mullitecorundum intricately shaped fired products doped wich zircon as the flame dissectors were finalized. Produced products are characterized with a mass share Al2O3 - 72%, ZrO2 - 14%, open porosity lesser than 18%, thermal shock resistance -13 heat cycles (1300o C-air) and compression strength -61,5 MPa. Trial lots of unfired blocks in an amount of 120 pieces and fired products in an amount of 120 pieces were produced. The work should be continued for the purpose of broadening an assortment both unfired and fired chamotte and mullite corundum products.
