The Ukraine Cabinet approved Decree No. 2034 dated 01.11.99 "State Register and Certificates for Wastes". Certificate taking is a process of collection, generalization and storing of data on every waste, their origin, their technical, physico-chemical, technological, economical, sanitary, economical and other properties, methods of their measurement and control as well as on the procedure of their collection, transportation, storing, treatment, utilization, removing, disposal and burying. Certificate taking is one of the stages of state register of wastes, i.e. a united state system of collecting, generalization, all-sided analysis and storing information on wastes during generation and handling. Technical certificates of process wastes at the OJSC "Avdeevsky Coke Works" have been developed in accordance with the standard DSTU 2195-99 (GOST 17.9.0.2-99) "Technical certificate of a wastes".
