The analysis of actual level of management and information processing for panoramic systems is carried out. Present algorithms for compensation of influence of varying underwater conditions at post-processing were also analyzed. Series of mathematical models for evaluation the influence of underwater survey conditions on functioning of panoramic hydroacoustic systems are developed. The numerical evaluation of efficiency criteria of panoramic survey at specified statistic parameters of underwater survey conditions (yawing, rolling, pitching, sound velocity profiles, changes of bottom relief and soil types) are given. The influence of hydrodynamic tow characteristics of hydroacoustic antenna (tow-fish properties, depressors, carrying tow-cables, changes of towing velocity) on accuracy of obtained information is analyzed.
