In obedience to EEG-information, pilocarpine-induced EpA begins mainly in a frontal cortex and ventral hippocampus. It is first shown that epileptic status at immature rats, caused by the use of excitative receptors agonist kainic acid is characterized by more short iinterictal interval between the first convulsive displays and deferred cramps. The thus deferred kainic-induced cramps differed by extraordinary firmness to action of basic antiseizure compounds - carbamazepina and valproic acid. A new fundamental data that explains pathophysiological mechanisms of forming of unconvulsive forms of behavioral disturbances in conditions of pilocarpine-induced epileptic syndrome is received. The data obtained are pathophysiological basis of explanation of forming of the phenomenon of "resistancy" in early postnatal period. New findings are the pathophysiological background for development of new methods of pharmacotherapy of epilepsy. The used model and received data deepen the picture of pathogenesis of convulsive and unconvulsive violations of the proper clinical forms of epileptic syndrome.
