It was accompanied with improvement of anti-infectious defense, cell immunity indices and changes in cytokin profile and lipids peroxidation - antioxidant defense. They reflect the peculiarities of inflammation process and in certain degree depend on the severity of the disease and applied treatment. Levels of lipids peroxidation products in the expired breath condensate are lower than in the blood.
