Data obtained during the monitoring confirmed an increasing trend of FM-facilities networking and enlargement of their working-stuffs, especially a number of Family Doctors. An analysis of FM-facilities performancies has revealed an increase of effectiveness of public health care provided on FM principles. There was substantial decrease in patients transferring to other colleagues-doctors (s.c.
