The main aim of this work is to investigate the interactions of cyclic enonic system with azabinucleophylic agents, their syntetic precursors or equivalents, to study the chemical structure and reactivity of the obtained compounds. Methods of investigation - organic synthesis, physico-chemical analysis, including IR and NMR spectroscopy, X-ray structural analysis, elemental analysis. The regioselectivity of the chemical reaction was shown for the derivatives of cyclopentane and cyclohexane. The additions of o-phenylenediamine to ?-bis(methyltio)methylene-?'-arylidencycloalcanones in the acidic media results in formation of 2-(1,3-dihydrobenzimidazole-2-iliden)-6-arylidencyclohexanones and tetrahydro[b]cyclopenta[f][1,4]-diazepines which undergo further rearrangement into esters of 2-(2-benzylidencyclopentylidenamino)phenylcarbaminic acid.The directions of interactions of the Michael adducts with 1,4-binucleophilic agents is shown to be regulated by the nucleophility of distinst reactions centers of the binucleophile and electronic effects of substituents in phehyl nucleous of dymedoilmethones.The shown of opportunity one-reactor synthesis of hexahydrobenzo[b]-1,4-diazepine-1-ones with use dimedone, geteroarylic aldehyde and o-phenylenediamine The applications field of science - organic chemistry.
