Proposed improvements enhance the system resistance to fluetnations of a wind velocity, decrease the number of starting a Diesel-generator, and suitably reduce consumption of diesel fuel. Scientific and technical aspects for creation of a horisontal and axial wind-power plant with aerogenerators mounted on blades of the main supporting wind-wheel are analyzed. Preliminary assessments of the aerodynamic characteristics of an integrated rotor are made. The similarity of phenomena of cavitation and a dynamic windmill-blade stall is established. Advantages and disadvantages of conventional and flowing fluidized beds for burning solid propellant are analyzed? And the results of processes in the fluidized flowing bed are generalized and the process parameters are calculated. A mathematical model for burning coal particles intothe fluidized bed with their advance over a gas-distributed grid is developed. Stochastic modeling and an analytic solution of the Kjlmogorov-Fokker-Planck equation with limiting conditions of an elastic screen are used. An algorithm to evaluate the parameters of the solution found in reference to the minimization of discordance between the analytical and test results of the process is developed and used.
