The goal of research is to choose and to work out nondestructive ways of assessment in properties of structural material under complex power treatment. The experimental method was used in research. The technigue for diagnostic of conditions of structural material is worked out based on the determination of the value of internal friction. The dependence of internal friction on the frequency of affecting electromagnetic oscillation under thermomechanical loading is derived. Ways for the optimization of conditions for power treatment of AMг6M, Л59 and Л62 alloys for providing the better physico-mechanical properties are studied.
