" There is a creation of uniform rules and rules(situations) of technical operation digital central-office, interzone and international telephone networks of common use of Ukraine in conditions multioperation of activity. 2.2 Tasks of development: - Normative provision of technical operation digital central-office, interzone and international telephone networks of common use (switching systems, digital channels, link); - unification and matching(coordination) of processes of technical operation of digital systems of a different type, which placed(installed) in one network and belonged to different operators; - creation of rules of interaction of operators in error conditions and rule of involvement of operators in network management; - unification of interaction of operators with Administration of communication(connection) on technical operation of a telephone network common use (PSTN) of Ukraine. 3. Research receptions. Modern digital equipment for telephone networks there is a high scale of automation of processes coupled with his(its) maintenance. Establishing an automated system, the developer of equipment practically began the fundamental principles of organisation of technical operation. Therefore creation of uniform Rules of technical operation of telephone networks should found on the analysis and matching(coordination) of automatic systems of maintenanceof equipment, which is used on digital telephone networks of common use of Ukraine. Besides the questions, which fall into technical operation regulated by the Guidelines МСЕ-Т. Therefore for a basis " of Rules... ", that are developed, it is necessary to take principles and the rules are recommended МСЕ-Т. Interaction of operators at technical operation, net configuration handling of common use should found on the live Laws and normative - legal acts of Ukraine. The research reception is delivered to this SIW - analysis, systematisation of the plant documentation of digital equipment, which on telephone networks of Ukraine, analysis and systematisation of the appropriate Guidelines МСЕ-Т. On the basis of the obtained results of the analysis and systematisation the development of uniform Rules of technical operation with observance of the normative - legal acts will be carried out(spent) which operate on Ukraine.
