A method of a research - experimental researches in a hydrotray of models of rotors with a vacillating blade and models of rotors of the classical scheme (with a rigid mounting of blades on cross-pieces), comparison and analysis of results. The experimental installation is created, on which the experimental researches of one of models are carried out, which have shown, that the offered mechanism of management of a rule of windrotor blades during its work provides self-start of such windrotor model at significant of smaller speed of a flow in a hydrotray, than for windrotor model with rigid fastening of blades. The dependences of speed of rotation of a rotor on size of the loading moment on its axis were experimentally received at different velocities of a flow. The account receives dependences of operating ratios of energy of a flow Ср windrotor and their factors of the twisting moment Сm from factor of rapidity of windrotor Z. Is shown, that at insignificant (up to 20 %) increase of efficiency of a rotor on much (in three from superfluous time) factor Сm has increased at simultaneous (in 1,5-2 times) decrease of speed of rotation of a rotor.
