Aim of work: establishing existence and calculation of the anomaly electrostriction (pressure) for the small metal particles, which are placed in the composite material. Calculate the current-voltage characteristic for the cluster deposited on the substrate. Simulate the behavior of the single-electron diode and transistor. Investigate the electrostriction effect of the metal clusters as component part of nanocomposite. It has been determined that cluster deformation is consequent of the intercharging by electrons when chemical potentials are equalized. At low temperature condition for work of the single-electron devices have been formulated.
