The purpose of work consist in a scientific substantiation and a heading of the "know-how" of high-quality aluminum alloys with level of primary alloys on the basis of a secondary raw materials.In connection with that the second way is more economic and non-polluting, the work on improvement of quality of alloys which receive with use of a scrap and wastes was carried out. As a result of the work the technology of production of aluminium alloys with greatest possible use of secondary materials are received. Necessary quality of aluminium alloys was achieved owing to qualitative sorting and processing of a scrap, modern technologies of melting, including the refining and modification processes of liquid metal. The results of researches were used for creating of through non-polluting and materialsaving technology of reception of aluminium alloys with a high level of physical, mechanical and service properties. The technology permits to increase the quantity of secondary materials in a charge up to 100 % without essential decreasing of the producing alloys.
