On the basis of the received results it is possible to make the following conclusions. 1. Blanket CdTe thickness about 1 micron reveals masking properties to action of ionic etching on an active layer р-CdхHg1-хTe with the purpose of creation in it(him) p-n transition. 2.For epitaxy layers р-CdхHg1-хTe, with blanket CdTe thickness about 0,1 microns, observes p-n conversion thus thickness of a converted layer is considerably smaller, than expected for homogeneous р-CdхHg1-хTe with identical structure. 3.The basic properties converted layers in structures р-CdхHg1-хTe with thin blanket CdTe, are same, as well as for a homogeneous material. In result it is formed typical n +-n - р + structure with shifted n a +-layer and the basic converted n a layer. 4. Concentration electron in the shifted and basic converted layer at preservation at room temperature, relax according to the laws adequate(answering) to a homogeneous material, received by different technologies.
