Purpose: improvement of the treatment results in patients with primary and metastatic liver tumours. Methods and equipment: clinical, physical, chemical, biochemical; spectrophotometers "Specord" and SF-46, radiospectrometer, hemoanalyzer. The method of occlusion of the common hepatic artery was implemented and studied. There were studied different methods of occlusion, including the using of metals with memory. The terms of revascularization, incidence and structure of complications after embolization of the afferent arteries have been assessed. There was performed comparative analysis of the efficacy of treatment of those patients. Field of application: surgery, oncology, chemotherapy.
