Head Gorobec, Registration Date 04-03-2005 Organization Institute for Magnetism of NASU popup.description2 The method for deposition of CoAg films with thicknesses of about 200 nm has been developed. The specimens with the following compositions Со25Ag75, Со50Ag50, Со80Ag20 have been prepared. The influence of magnetic fields of different strengths on these films has been studied in details by means of tunnel microscopy technique. The phenomenon of relative giant magnetostriction has been investigated for these materials. It has been shown that relatively small nanodeformations of granular films take place for Со50Ag50 composition. The model of 3d distribution of magnetization in particular granules, which shape can be approximated by nanowires, nanotubes, etc. has been developed. The obtained distributions of magnetization with appropriate boundary conditions are useful for the description of real magnetization distribution in nanoclusters, which exist in granular CoAg film. The examples of description of main and metastable states of the order factor for small magnetic particles using exact solutions of Landau-Lifshits equestrian are presented.
