Research methods - chemical, roentgenphase, determination methods of physicomechanical indices of properties, the flowability determination at the vibration of boundary - concentrated thixotropic grainy mixes. An influence of additives ГКЖ-11Н and of the the mixture of dispersiva aluminas ADS-1 and ADW-1 on the flowability at the vibration of boundary - concentrated thixotrophic grainy mixes from electrofused ZrO2 stabilized with ZrO2 stabilised with Y2O3 or CaO,and sintered ZrO2 stabilized with MgO was reseached. It was ascertained that the greatest flowability of each of mixes is observed provided using ГКЖ-11 Н. It was established as well that the concentration of its finely-milled component exerts an essential influence on the flowability during the vibration. As a result of carried out research the moisture of grainy mixes from ZrO2 stabilized with Y2O3, CaO or MgO for vibrocasting crucibles up to 3,6 - 3,8%, 4,5 - 4,7%, 6,5 - 7,1% accordingly at a simultaneons improvement of their flowability when ibrating that in it's turn makes possible to decrease open porosity of products and to shape uniform structure. Crucibles from ZrO2 stabilized with CaO were characterized by following properties - mass share, %:ZrO2+HfO2 - 93,9 - 95,4; CaO - 3,9 - 5,0; Fe2O3 - 0,11 - 0,31;open porosity 19,2 - 21,7%; apparent density 4,41 - 4,55 g/cm3. Crucibles from ZrO2 stabilized with Y2O3 were characterized by following properties: mass share,%: ZrO2+HfO2 - 89,1; Y2O3 - 10; Fe2O3 - 0,17; open porosity - 15,3%; apparent density - 5,03 г/см3. Trial lots of crucibles from stabilized zirconium dioxide, including operating crucibles on the basis of ZrO2 stabilized with Y2O3 were produced. Produced crucibles are in correspondence with ТУУ 14-7-192-2000 and customer requirements as to their properties. Produced products were delivered to customers.
