Work purpose - technology manufacture finishing of fused powders stabilized from zirconium dioxide. Research methods - chemical, petrographical, roentgenstructure analyseses of natural materials and powders for plasma spraying from stabilized ZrO2. As a result of carried out research of flowability of fused powders with a fraction 100 - 40 and 63 - 40mm it was ascertained that an availability of grains lesser than 40 mm, in powder results in considerable deterioration of their flowability. On the basis of carried out investigations a change N1 to ТI 24-IO-98-2003 and instead of previously functioning ТУУ 322-7-00190503-146-98, ТУУ 26.2-00190503-256-2004 "Fused powders from stabilized zirconium dioxide for plasma spraying were worked-out certified. Trial lot" were worked-out and approved. Trial lot" in which a normative was toughned (by 2%) as to grains content the size of which is more than minimum compared with a limiting size ofproduced fractions of powders. The manufacture of fused stabilized ZrO2 was realized in accordance with TI 24-IO-909-2002 and the manufacture of trial lots of powders for plasma spraying - in accordance with TI 24-IO-98-2003 with worked - out change N1. Produced powders as to indices of properties were in line with requinments ТУУ 322-7-00190503-146-98 and withe 1.5.10.2004 ТУУ 26.2-00190503-256-2004 they were in line withe ПЦПК-100, ПЦПК-90, ПЦПК-71 and ПЦПК-63. They were delivered to purchasers in Ukraine and Russian Federation for the deposition of heatinsulating coatings on metallies parts of different machines and mechanisms .A trial lot of powders of a chromenickel spinel for plasma spraying was produced.
