Work purpose - the manufacture technology perfection of constitutive nonswirl nozzles. Research methods - chemical, petrographical of initial components and constitutive nonswirl nozzles on their basis. For the purpose of natural materials base broadening the possibility research of using of normal electrocorundum of O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berzhnoy" production for the manufacture of unfired base of constitutive nonswirl nozzles. The main indices of unfired samples in a phosphatous binder were determined. These samples were produced on the basis of fused corundum of production and of normal electrocorundum after the thermal treatment at temperature 900 о C and a firing at temperature 1580 о C. The fitness of used normal electrocorundum for the manufacture of unfired base of constitutive nonswirl nozzles was ascertained. An employment of this material makes possible to reach high indices of properties and to decrease the manufacture prime cost of constitutive nonswirl as well as to broaden a natural raws materials base for the manufacture of constitutive nonswirl nozzles. In O.J.S.C."Ukrniio named after A.S.Berzhnoy" trial lots of constitutive nonswirl nozzles for the steelteeming and powders from stabilized ZrO2 for rammed mix were produced. Manufactured products as to properties indices corespond to technical specifications ТУУ 26.2-00190503-264-2004 and ТУУ 14-7-152-2000 with change N 1 and they were delivered to consumers in certain amount (Russian Federation, Bielorussia).
