Stock materials of skilled steels plastic working on the modes simulating conditions of reception of a rim and a dick by manufacture of railway wheels. Six variants hardenable by heat treatment with different conditions of heating and refrigeration (continuons and step) were developed and carried out. Regular explorations of structure of skilled steels in an initial molten condition, and also after plastic warp and hardening heat treatment on six modes are carried out (spent). The thin structure of a bainite elektron-microscopy and x-ray was investigated. Complex mechanical testings skilled steels which have allowed to define (determine) a complex strength, plastic and viscous characteristics were carried out (spent).
