Subject: to assess children's morbidity changes in dynamics for 30 years and give characteristic of functional state of the organisms of the children living in different environmental conditions. Methods: analytical, hygienic, sociologic, chinical-and-physiological, sanitary examination, sanitary statistics. The most expressed negative tendencies in the morbidity changes among children living near highways were detemined. The significant divergences of objective and subjective assessment of the children's health; significant disorders of physical development and functional state of the organisms of 6-7 years children were revealed.
