Розвиток кластерно-коагуляційної моделі зародкоутворення при кристалізації Head Alekzandrov V.D., Registration Date 17-02-2005 Organization Donbas national akadeny of civil engineering and architecture popup.description2 With the help of the CTA and DTA there have been accomplished regular investigations of the heat treatment influence and electromagnetic fields on the overheating quatity about the liquidus and solidus lines, on the character of crystallization and solid-phase transformations of binary alloys in the systems In-Bi, Bi-Sb, Sn-Sb, including the chemical elements and components inside, them and of the low-molecular organic matters: benzene, phenol… There has been fixed a jump-like plot of overcooling as a function of a melt overheating quantity in relation to the melting temperature TL for the Bi, Sb,chemical compounds InBi, InSb, and a monotonic dependence for the alloys. There have been plotted the constitution diagrams for the binary systems In-Bi, Bi-Sb on which overcoolings are shown as to the liquidus temperatures, as to the solidus temperatures. On the base of the experimental data there has been carried out a mathematical analysis of a temperature curve run at a melt crystallizationwith regard to the cluster-coagulation mechanism of crystallization. An expression for a transformation degree at various kinds of crystallization has been obtained. There has been analyzed an influence of the electromagnetic fields on the quantity of the Gibb's free energy change G under nucleation.
