Study objective in 2004: to study the clinical presentation of body mass changes in CNPP accident survivors under leptinresistance, insulinresistance and osteopenic syndromes, and also in their children. Study methods: routine clinical, laboratory, instrumental, anthropometric, biochemical studies, rheovasography, and mathematical software. Study results: Standard specialized protocols were elaborated within first year of study for revelation and survey of patients having leptinresistance, insulinresistance and osteopenic syndromes against body mass changes who survived after the CNPP accident, and their children. It was found that in children, adolescents and adults with increased body mass there is leptin, insulin, cholesterol and triglycerides serum content elevationboth with abnormal ratios of IRI/PTG and leptin/PTG. No autoimmune reactions were found as to decrease insulin activity capable to provoke the insulinresistance. Isolated insulinresistance despite body mass changes is present in more than a half of children of the CNPP accident liquidators. In these children somewhat increase of bone mineral density despite body mass value was found stipulated by a peak effect of endogenous anabolic hormones in puberty period.
