The method of invistigation is chemical-roentgen fluorescent analysis of heavy metals concentration in components of water ecosystems.The analysis of principles and methods of monitoring of internal water reservoirs has been held. The background of the method for control of the composition of waters and water reservoirs has been developed. The measurments of the quantitive composition of such components of water ecosystems as bottom sediment (in small rivers) and organisms filtrates (in large water reservoirs).
