Diagnostics and treatment in 22 patients with postoperative complications were optimized that allowed to eliminate lethality. Sparing operations including methods worked up by the authors showed the most positive results, as well in middle and senile age patients with high risk of laparotomy. Lethality was reduced up to 2%. Diagnostics and treatment in 196 patients with abdominal injury was improved. Laparocentesis, diagnostic peritoneal lavage and especially laparoscopy became the most informative manipulations. Laparotomy on account of abdominal injuries was performed in 83,7% traumatized patients, curative laparoscopic interventions - in 12,2%, diagnostic laparotomy - in 3,1%. 1,1% patients with closed abdominal injury without organs lesion were not operated.
