The purpose of work - reception of the strain, resistant to ions of cupper and ferrum for use in biotechnology. Methods of research: biochemical methods, cultivation pure cultures of Dunaliella viridis on Artary medium , in luminostat at temperature 26-28 °C, in flasks of 250 sm3, under conditions of round-the-clock illumination 6 кl on a surface culture mediums. For reception this strain culture Dunaliella viridis cultivated on Artary medium with 20 мg/l CuSO4 during 4 years. For an assessment of biochemical characteristics strains of Dunaliella viridis estimated the contents of nucleic acids and proteins in researched cells, and also the contents of the cupper and ferrum ions at these strains of Dunaliella viridis. 14-that day in control culture Dunaliella viridis contained up to 8,6 million cells./ml, i.e. their contents has increased in 5,4 times in comparison with first days entering chloric ferrum inconcentration 1 and 5 mg/l/. At entering into cultures of microseaweed of ions ferrum in concentration 10 mg/l the amount of cells was increased by 24 %, in comparison with the control, by 14 day of cultivation. Comparison of D.viridis strains have shown, that they differ among themselves on series of parameters. Research of ability strains of D. viridis to accumulate ions Ferum has shown very interesting law of change of structure of trace substances in their cells which allows to offer cells D. viridis different strains for use as at extraction of ions of metals from medium, and as the alimentary additive.
