The purpose of work - check of a hypothesis that aging of biological systems is not specific inte-grated process which may be surveyed as consequence of accumulation epygenetic information during adaptation Methods of research - age 3 and 21 month have divided puberal rats Vistar into groups, rats of both age entered into each of which: 1-Intact animals. 2 - Animals who received threefold of cup-per sulfate in a dose 0,23 mg/g a liver in each 48 hours and decapitated on 30 day after last intro-duction. 3 and 4 groups as received of cupper sulfate, and in 30 day of a standard feeding transfer to a special diet N1 (mixed fodder + a hydrolysate of beer yeast) - 3 group and a diet N 2 (mixed fodder + juice Noni) - 4 group. The contents of cupper sulfate in Serum of a blood in day after last introduction of old animals was higher compared with young animals. High-grade, but the circumscribed diet which constrains body height, resulted in 30 days in augmentation of the contents of cupper ions in microsomes of young and old animals. Transfer of animals on special diets which constrain body height, was ac-companied by augmentation of activity of a glucose -6-phosphate in microsomes of young and old animals, and it was observed on a background of augmentation of the contents in microsomas of ions меди. It fixed, that mitochondrions of old animals are more sensitive to action of cupper ions and factors of a diet which influence a functional state of mitochondrions of a liver. Structural stability of collagenic formations variates in dependence on term after damage by copper ions and under influence of a diet in all investigated age-grades.
