Aim - investigate the genetic process in habitant populations and create their models; study the radiation adaptation of plant induced by gamma-radiation, ascertain the role of phytohormones and phytochromes in the regulation of Vrn-genes expression under winter wheat vernalization. Methods - genetic-anthropological, cytological-genetical, physiologic-biochemical. The habitant populations of the west Ukraine more monotonous ethnologically, therefore genetically, than they of east one. In the soviet period share of Ukrainians in east Ukraine was decreasing, and in the beginning of 1990s it was started to increase, but in the west Ukraine it was increasing always. Genetic-demographical indexes of Belgorod population through last two decades coincidence with ones for other urbanized population. In 1960-1985 in Ukraine populations inbreed component was increasing, and in 1990s on the contrary was decreasing. The people have probability of fall ill by cancer diseases in Kharkov population: men - 1.85%, women - 0.18%; GIW: men - 2.71%, women - 1.27%. According to polygenic model the inheritance of breast cancer is 47.7%, GIW cancer - 55.3%, oncophenotype - 57.1%. The radiate of seed by adaptive stimulated doze radiation 40 Gr induce RAA - endogenic defense system at cell and organism levels. Protective reactions are manifested by cell proliferation, decreasing of mutation press and growth processes activity. Vrn-genes expression in wheat isogene lines is manifested in particular through alteration of activity of carbohydrate exchange enzymes. Phytochrome activation result in alteration of endosperm and seedling biomass dynamics, content of carbohydrates, nitrogen compounds and phytohormones. The development rate of recessive and dominant by locus Vrn wheat lines planted from vernalized seedling alter under phytochrome activation.
