On the basis of the carried out researches two variants of improvement of Malushevsk deposit site in area of beam Serbin's have been determined and economically justified. The first variant supposes improvement of a site in full. Time of improvement of a site will make 4,3 years, the volume of the extracted ore for all period will make 11,12 million m3. The basic lack of the given variant is that is necessary resettlement inhabitants of village Petrovka. The second variant supposes improvement of a site with reduction of length of front of minning works. Thus time of improvement of a site will make 1,6 years, the volume of the extracted ore will make 4,27 million m3. On variants the mining - geometrical analysis of a site has been carried out, in view of actual length of front of mining works. It has allowed developing recommendations and the planned schedule of work at improvement of the considered site with maintenance of planned volumes of ore extraction. The variant of improvement of a site without reduction of length of front of mining works is the most effective, that is established as a result of researches. This variant will allow to extract in addition 6,85 million in m3 of ore and to receive profit during improvement of a site at a rate of 144,6 million uah.
