It is fixed, that as a principal cause of occurrence of nonflatness at cold rolling strips on four-stand mill 1680 such defects of a cross profile of a hot-rolled strip plate as wedge-shaped, asymmetric and local swellings serve. These defects of a cross profile of a strip plate have stochastic character and during cold rolling result in occurrence of mainly asymmetrical aspects of nonflatness. Opportunities of the means of affecting available on a mill 1680 on a profile of work rolls are investigated. It is revealed, that machine, a thermal and hydromechanical profiling of work rolls last stand mill 1680 provide effective regulating only symmetric aspects of nonflatness. For raise of efficiency of regulating of asymmetrical aspects of nonflatness and raise of durability of rolls it is offered row of steps. Implementation of the offered designs on perfection of means of affecting on a profile of work rolls of last stand mill 1680 will allow to reduce nonflatness of cold-rolled strip up to 8 mm.
