Objective of the study: to increase the efficacy of complex conservative treatment of ACC patients using chemoradiomodifiers and interferon. Methods of study: clinical, laboratory, roentgenological, statistical. Apparatus: ROKUS, simulator of radiation session "SimView" 3000 (Siemens, Germany) AGAT-VU, US "Aloca" – FLEXUS, flow cytofluorimeter "FAScan" (BECTON DICKINSON, USA). Factors of individual prognosis of the conservative therapy of ACC patients, their effect of choice of tactics of the treatment and its efficacy are determined. The evaluation of the efficacy of the up-to-date methods of radio- and instrumental diagnostics of CC in determination of dissemination of tumor process has been performed. Optimal complex of sonographic studies for determination of information as for the size of primary tumor, its individual parameters has been developed. The role of indices of proliferative activity of tumor, DNA content in nuclei of tumor cells and their ploidy for determination of aggressive potential of cervical cancer using DNA-flow cytoluorimetry was studied. The methods of the concervative therapy of ACC using radiotherapy, chemo- and biotherapy dependently on dissemination of the process, its individual anatomo-morphologic peculiarities and aggressive potential have been developed.
