Main pathоgenetic factors of vascular system functional discharge during HICE are changing of cell and humoral immunity, an activation of free-radical processes with neutrophil, monocyte and lymphocyte stimulation, an activation of inducible NO-synthase in these cells and creation of great guantity of reactive able nitrate substances, which intensivity inhibits by Corvitine. It was showed the Corvitine's role in regulation of functional and morfological cell status during of HICE. Our method of Corvitine's administration showes it's endotheliotropic NO-relating peculiarities and could recommended for using in treatment of patients with HICE.
