A karyotype polyploid of a kind of a molluscum Rivicoliana rivicola for the first time is studied, which one actuates 250 chromosomes. The research of karyotypes of some sorts of trematodes, bound with bicuspid molluscums is conducted. The comparative analysis has shown affinity of karyotypes Allocreadium of trematodes Bunodera luciopercae P. amnicum and Allocreadium sp. (2n=14) these kinds differ only on morphology of 3-rd pair chromosomes.
