The determination method of refractories bending strength at room temperature - МИ 322-65-2004- was mastered. In accordance with the method, bending strength determination tests of different types of refractories were performed and characteristics of tests results accuracies were alculated. Methods of refractories thermal stability determination - МИ 322-37-2000, МВИ 322-40-2001, as well as method of refractories heat expansion determination - РМИ 14-430-26-92 - were revised, instead of which new methods correspondingly to МИ 322-37-2005, МИ 322-40-2005, МИ 322-73-2005 were developed, confirmed and certificated. Additional researches and developments in order to improve the test arrangement for the temperature determination of deformation under load according to ГОСТ 4070-2000, ISO 1893 were carried out with the purpose of authenticity increase of measurements results; the deformation measurement accuracy by using differential measuring system was determined; the uniform temperature zone in the furnace was investigated; the differential measuring system construction was improved; comparative tests in order to determine deformation temperature under load of different types of refractories were carried out. The results of the research were applied in laboratory work practice of OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy". The work will be continued towards: carrying out of additional comparative tests of different refractories typesin order to determine the bending strength correspondingly to МИ 322-65-2004; carrying out of researches and developments, aimed at furnace construction improvement, with the purpose of ISO 1893 demand assurance according to uniform temperature zone.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
