The purpose of the work - mastering of new types of anorthite light-weight products.Methods of researches - chemical, petrographic, physicomechanical, roentgenophase, thermalphysic.The influence investigations of foamers additions of two new grades on the properties of anorthite light-weight were carried out. The anorthite light-weight products technology of new grade АЛ-0,6 with apparent density no more that 0,6 g/sm3 and compression strength 2,5 MPa was developed. The developed technological process was mastered on the test production of OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A. S. Berezhnoy". The test batch of АЛ-0,6 light-weight was discharged and put to the customer for service setting.The technological investigations on technology reprocessing of light-weight products of АЛ-0,8 grade with microporous structure were carried out. The anorthite synthesis in the raw components mix, provided by technology, in comparison with the mix from chemically pure products was investigated. It is shown, that while using natural materials, the anorthite synthesis passes without intermediate phase formation under lower temperatures and more intensively. The light-weight technology was improved, that allowed to produce the products of АЛ-0,8 grade with strength more than 3 MPa.The technological investigations were carried out and insulating concrete with the microporous anorthite filler for service temperature of 1200 C with apparent density 0,9 g/sm and compression strength 2,5 MPa after seven days solidification and for service temperature of 1300 C with apparent density 1,3 g/sm and compression strength 5,5 MPa was obtained.The test batches of light-weights of Ал-0,8 and Ал-0,6 grades, various types of sizes were produced. All products were transferred to the customers for application in industrial conditions. To continue the work towards application enlargement of anorthite light-weights with apparent density 0,6 and 0,8 g/sm , reprocessing of the insulating concretes technology on the anorthite light-weight filler and the introduction of their production and application.
