The purpose of the work - production technology improvement of aluminate calcium cements. Methods of research - chemical, petrographic, physicomechanical, calorimetric. The processes, which accompany the hydration of diluted cements, and their dehydration while thermal treatment, were investigated. The heat efficiency measurement of early hydration reactions stages was performed. Monoaluminate calcium cement with improved properties factors was produced. Technological parameters, providing aluminate calcium cements receipt with properties factors at the level of best world-wide analogues, were developed. According to treaties, concluded with a lot of enterprises of Ukraine, the trial lots of cement of ВГЦ-73 and ВГЦШ-60 according to ТУ У 26.2-00190503-274:2005 were manufactured. The work should be continued towards: working-off the process of manufacture, providing best properties factors to the developed cements, and research towards the developed cements sampling in the castables composition of enlarged assortment.
