The purpose of work - on the basis of complex morphological and functional research to find out features of a condition of a mucous environment of a stomach from the persons of different age groups with duodenal peptic ulcer, which were evacuated from territories with a high level of radioactive pollution, owing to Chernobil accident. Methods. Were used base clinical and morphological methods, gastroscopy, investigation of pН in the stomach. Morphological and functional studies of duodenal ulcer are organized in patients, who were evacuated from polluted territories in result of Ch NPP accident. Small or moderate degree chronic inflammatory process mucousa of stomach with development atrophy is revealled. The Intensification of the disease was accompanied formation erosion majority in this patients. This was indicative of trophicand vascular changes of mucousa stomach and duodenum. Acid-forming function of stomach was reduced and was not connected with age and length of the disease. Disease was charaterized by unrepresentative pain and accompanying pathology of the digestion and other organ in patients with reduction acid-forming function of stomach.
