The purpose of the work - production technology mastering of shaped chamotte and mullitocurundum products of new configurations. Methods of researches are thermal-mechanical, chemical and petrographic. Production technologies of refractory products of new configurations are mastered. Technological parameters are precised and technologies are mastered: - vibrocast large dimension blocks production with weight up to 50 kg using mullitecorundum concrete mixes, which are characterized by apparent density - up to 2,52 g/sm3, open porosity - up to 20%, crushing strength - 60 MPa, thermal resistance - more than 20 turns; - ceramic mullitecorundum flame spreaders production by means of vibrocasting under pressure with thermal resistance more than 15 turns; - silicon carbide containing ceramic details production for burning devices assembling by means of both half-dry pressing and vibrocasting in gypsum shapes; - extra-compound dense products production by means of half-dry pressing in the form of burning stones. Trial lots in the amount of orders are let out. To continue the work towards enlargement of aluminum silicate products introduction of extra-compound shape of various configurations.
