The samples were modified by two lasers: theYAG:Nd3+ and the excimer XeCl with pulse lengths of 10, 20 ns, 100 µs and 40 ns, respectively, at different laser powers. The electrophysical and mechanical properties of the samples were studied before and after irradiation.
