Purpose of research is to elaborate theoretical and methodological approaches to determinations aimed at improvement of enterprises financial provision in the field of agriculture of Ukraine; to determine the influence of leasing upon the national economy, and to elaborate scientific and methodological bases of investment portfolio managment of a commercial bank. Methods of research: dialectical method, principle of logical and synthesis; formalization and economic and mathematical modeling, statistical and graphical analysis, methods of qualitative financial analysis. In the process of research, new theoretical and methodological aspects of determination of financial stability of enterprises and insurance companies have been discovered. Methodological recommendations concerning improvement of effeciency of financial provision of agricultural enterprises under current conditions have been worked out. Economic efficiency of leasing has been determined, and basic ways of increasing a commercial bank investment activity have been formulated. Basic principles of elaboration by commercial banks of individual approach to investment have been suggested. The results of the accomplished research regarding the analysis of financial provision of enterprises in the field of agriculture of Ukraine have theoretical and practical significance for increasing the enterprises' efficiency. Suggestions that have been made in regard of the use of leasing would allow improve the financial position of economic entities due to obtaining higer profits. Methods of financial stability determination that have been suggested would allow harmonize the financial and economic analysis in economics with the research of system stability in natural sciences and integrate the analysis with related disciplines. The suggestions concerning optimization of investment portfolio management in a commercial bank would contribute to increasing banking activity efficiency.
