Research purpose: to explore influencing of parameters of commands at development of power models of command level for the processor of ARM7DMI, which is widely used in the mounted systems. Research methods: for research of intercommunications between the parameters of commands the artificial networks of neurons were select. Results of researches and their novelty: the modern charts of measuring of current and methods of estimation of charges of energy at implementation of commands are considered a processor kernel. New methods of measuring of energy of commands are offered. The errors of the represented charts are analysed. The analysis of processor kernel ARM7DMI is conducted and existent commands are parted on sub-groups after functional signs.
