Methods of researches - physico-chemical, petrographic, emission spectrum and thermomechanical. In the conditions of OJSC "The Ukrainian Research Institute of Refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" the production technology of new products type - dry mullitecorundum spinelcontaining mass of ММКШБФ grade of the developed composition (with spinel fractions of 0,063 mm in the amount of 40 %) is mastered. Comparative researches of the influence of various spinel types, scrappage, periclase-chrome products and periclase on properties of dry mullitecorundum boricphosphate bonded mass ("Almatis", OJSC " Kazogneupor") are carried out. Theopportunity of replacement of sintered alumomagnesian spinel of AR-78 grade of "Almatis" production into fused alumomagnesian spinel of ПШППЛ grade of OJSC "Kazogneupor" production in the composition of mullitecorundum spinelcontaining mass is established, as well as the inexpediency of the use of scrappage and periclase-chrome products for production of the specified mass is fixed. The manufacturing methods of dry mullitecorundum boricphosphate bonded mass of ММКПБФ grade containing sintered periclase of fractions < 0,5 mm and fractions of 0,063 mm is developed. Trial lots of the developed mass with the positive results were tested at lining performance of induction crucible furnaces for ferriferous-aluminum alloys melting of OJSC "Donetsk production plant of ferroalloys". Researches of the influence of scrappage of mullitecorundum products (after service in lining of black carbon reactors) and normal corundum on properties of rammed masses of ММК-88 and ММКШБФ grades are carried out. The opportunity ofthe use of normal corundum of fractions of 1-0,5 mm and < 0,5 mm at the production of the specified masses or scrappage of mullitecorundum products of fraction of 3-1 mm for manufacture of mass of ММК-88 grade is established that allows to expand a raw-material base for manufacture of rammed weights. In the conditions of OJSC "The Ukrainian Research Institute of Refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" the production technologies of mullitecorundum masses of ММК-88 and ММКШБФ grades, containing normal corundum, are mastered. The application on the supposed invention for the composition of dry mullitecorundum boricphosphate bonded mass containing sintered periclase is sent. In OJSC "The Ukrainian Research Institute of Refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of rammed mullitecorundum mass of ММК-88 grade and products on its base, as well as trial lots of masses of ММКШБФ and ММКПБФ grades, are produced which are transferred to the metallurgical and machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
