The purpose of the work - production technology improvement of corundum and chamotte concrete mixes, containing not less than 3 wt. % of СаО. Methods of researches - physical-chemical, petrographic, electron microscopic, physicomechanical and thermomechanical. Comparative researches of the influence of normal corundum, scrappage of mullitecorundum products and products from corundum castable (with content of Al2O3 of 90-92 wt.%) after service in lining of black carbon reactor on properties of corundum concrete mix of СКпл-50-94 grade are carried out. As a result of carried out researches: а) the opportunity of normal corundum use of fraction 1-0 mm in the amount of 25-33 wt.% in the composition of concrete mix of СКпл-50-94 grade containing 13-15 wt.% of high-alumina cement of ВГЦ-73 grade is established; b) despite of some increase of open porosity at rather high strength factors, the opportunity of scrappage use of mullitecorundum products and products from corundum castable after service in lining of black carbon reactor of fraction 6-1 mm in the amount of 27 wt.% in the composition of corundum concrete mix of СКпл-50-94 grade is shown. The addition of normal corundum and scrappage of mullitecorundum products and products from corundum castable into concrete mix composition allows to expand a raw-material base and to lower the cost price of a finished product without deterioration of properties factors. The influence of the type and the amount of plasticizing (modificating) "Geokon G-10, G-12, G-14" additives on properties of corundum (of СКпл-50-94, СКпл-60-94 grades) and chamotte (of СШБ grade) concrete mixes is investigated. The expediency of plasticizer use of "Geokon G-14" in the amount of 3 % from cement weight in the composition of corundum concrete mix of СКпл-50-94 grade and chamotte concrete mix of СШБ grade is established. The presence of the specified additive provides the decrease of a water demand by 2,0-3,0 %, the increase of cold cruching strength in all interval of explored temperatures approximately by 1,1-2,3 and the decrease of open porosity approximately by 1,1-1,3. The opportunity of "Geokon G-14" plasticizer application alongside with traditionally used plasticizer of sodium tripolyphosphate (Na5P3O10) in the composition of corundum concrete mix of СКпл-60-94 grade and chamotte concrete mix of СШБ grade, used for manufacture of refractory products, is shown. The application on the supposed invention for the composition of concrete mix containing plasticizing (modifying) additive "Geokon G-14" is sent. In the conditions of OJSC "The Ukrainian Research Institute of Refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy" the production technology is mastered: corundum (of СКпл-50-94 grade) and chamotte (of СШБ grade) concrete mixes containing the additive of "С-3" superplastifier in the amount of 0,55 wt.% from the weight of cement; - corundum concrete mix of СКпл-50-94 grade containing the additive ofnormal corundum. According to the existing normative documentation on pilot production of OJSC "The Ukrainian Research Institute of Refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy", trial lots of corundum concrete mix of СКпл-50-94, СКпл-60-94 grades and chamotte concrete mix of СШБ grade and products on their base are put out which are transferred to customers. To continue the work towards further perfection of production technology of concrete mixes with СаО content not less than 3 wt.%, including with the use of new types of dispersing agents.
