The purpose of the work - the technology production mastering of new refractory types and raw material base enlargement. Methods of research - chemical, physical-mechanical, petrographic. Researches of amount and grain composition influence of chamotte with Al2O3 content not less than 42 % on properties of high-alumina vibrocast products are carried out. The opportunity of new refractory type (boxes) manufacture is shown and the raw material base for its manufacture is expanded. Boxes production with the use of chamotte is mastered. Constructions are developed, forms are fabricated and manufacturing methods of tubes and crucibles of new configurations are fulfilled. On pilot production the trial lots of mullitecorundum composite tubes, boxes of 2 standard dimensions, pallets of 2 standard dimensions, crucibles of 1 standard dimension are fabricated. Work should be prolonged towards the development of new standard dimensions of refractory fire-resistant products both with and without the use of chamotte.
