Object of research is the system of the international economic relations from the point of view of movement of the capital in modern global economic space. The purpose of work: a scientific substantiation of essence, laws, results and prospects of modern transformations of the global financial environment and development of the mechanism of state regulation of movement of the capital in conditions of financial globalization. Results and their performance: - The place and a role of state regulation of streams of the capital in conditions of globalization on the basis of application of systemic-functional research reception is certain and proved; - Monitoring streams of the foreigncapital in economic open space of Ukraine is lead; - Researches of integration processes and directions of the further interaction of Ukraine with the international currency-financial and credit organizations are carried out; - Potential opportunities of attraction of internal and external investment resources in economy of Ukraine are revealed and analysed; - Inconsistent character of action of mechanisms of regulation of movement of the international investment streams is shown, necessity of their reforming is opened. Scope: theoretical development and methodological approaches can be used for improvement of curriculums on economic disciplines which are taught in educational process. Recommendations will strengthen methodical base of educational process in HIGH SCHOOLS. Results of research have been used in work of the Ministry of industrial policy{politics} and Central administrative board of economy of the Kharkov regional state administration, Central administrative board of foreign economic relations and the European integration of the Kharkov regional state administration.
