Purpose of the work is the seeking of these general methodological, epistemic and world outlook foundation. Method of the investigation is logical and phenomenological analysis of the relational holism conception and connected with it conceptions of the modern philosophy. During the first stage of the investigation the follow results were obtained. It was demonstrated that the relational holism does'"nt contradict to pluralistic approaches of the modern philosofy and can be put into foundation of the new outlook that could make bridge between scientific and religious outlooks, eliminating present contradictions between scientific and unscientific cultures. It was shown that some problems of the modern cosmology can't be solved in the only " nature science " frame but require consideration of some metaphysic questions, in particular the question of the reality or unreality of some mentally constructed objects (other worlds, high energy physic vacuum etc.) That means the problems considered still in the philosophy of Plato and Aristotle. That latter is the cause why the applying the authors' theories is actual till now.
