Karazin popup.description2 The subject of investigation is plasma beam systems. The purpose of the work is carrying out the complex investigations of charged particles and waves interaction with substance and on its base intensive science technologies development. The analysis is experimental technique with data treatment on PC. Transition in pulse regime of operating allowed to get much universal technological system with increased density of reaction plasma based on common stationary MSS. The stable bunches of nonrelativistic electrons were experimentally carried out. Their interaction with different electrodynamical structures leads to generation of wideband transition irradiation. The problem of independent energy controlling of extracted hydrogen ions could be partially solved when getter hydride-forming alloys of Zr-V system able to absorb hydrogen at low working pressure are used as cathodes of plasma-forming cell of a source. The principle scheme of a device for carrying out of crossed axial magnetostatic field and radial electrostatic field with intensity that inversely proportional to distance from the axis of the plant was developed. For investigation of distribution functions and secondary electrons emission induced by beams of fast light ions the plant was modernized.
