The aim of the work - study of non-linear optical effects in photosensitive films; exciton spectra and structure of an electronic energy spectra in films superionic conductors with impurities. Methods of investigation - vacuum preparation of films, their irradiation by a monochromatically light, spectroscopic and diffraction measuring, microscopic examinations of morphology and structure. A formation of the S- spontaneous gratings on scattered in the AgCl-Ag limited ТЕ0- and ТМ0- waveguide modes was investigated. It was ascertained that the S- gratings, growing on the ТМ0- modes, have the better quality as compared with S- gratings on the ТЕ0- modes. This difference was established as a result of study diffraction and the gratings' structure under optical microscope. The origin of the worst quality of the S- ТЕ0- spontaneous gratings is connected with their competition with the S+ ТЕ0- gratings, just as the S+ ТМ0- gratings don't formed at the p-polarisation of the laser beam. Two mechanisms of the spontaneous gratings competition were ascertained at their development: the mechanism of the " beast of pray - victim" type and the two - dimensional Bragg diffraction on the initial dominant grating. The influence of impurities was studied on absorption spectra and phase transitions in superionic compounds of the RbAg4I5 type. It was ascertained that impurities decrease the compounds' stability, promote to appearance of nonconductive phases. It is found the decrease of temperature of the g®b transition Тс1 in solid solutions RbxK1-xAg4I5 compered with the Тс1 at х=0 and 1. But the Cs+ and Cu+ impurities have not influence on the Тс1 of МAg4I5 (М=К, Rb). The spectra of the plasma resonance in granular films of the Au-Al alloy were studied and explained. The SIW results are applied to further development of the theory of non-linear optics of thin films; for prediction of properties of the superionic compounds. The guess concerning development of object of examination - further detailed study of the nature and mechanisms of unusual optical effects in manifold thin films.
