Aim of research - studying of the structural transformation in Pb - 62% Sn eutectic alloy at superplastic flow, which accompany with the processes caused by aspiration of system to phase balance. The diffractometer researches of the Pb - 62% Sn eutectic alloy samples at initial condition and after superplastic deformation and their microstructure researches with use of electronic microscope JSM-840have been realized. It is established, that dispersion of x-ray radiation by Pb - 62% Sn eutectic alloy samples is accompanied by occurrence of diffusive maximums caused by presence of amorphous layer in grain boundaries. It is shown, that dissociation of oversaturated solid solutions in Pb - 62% Sn eutectic alloy at superplastic flow begins with formation of near exfoliation areas which in the further are transformed in isolation of stable phases.
